By accessing or using any WonderScribe Enterprise service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your organization to these terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Our services are provided for legitimate business purposes only. You may not use our platform to violate any law, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
All software, content, trademarks, and technology provided by WonderScribe Enterprise remain the exclusive property of WonderScribe. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services solely as permitted under your subscription agreement.
Your use of WonderScribe Enterprise services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process data on your behalf as a data processor and you retain ownership of your customer data at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonderScribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
